Limited Warranty Ecogrip audio for Audio Products
Ecogrip audio warrants that this audio product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase.
Eligibility:
This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. An original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to obtain warranty service.
What the warranty covers:
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use of the product.
- We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective product covered by this warranty.
- Coverage period: Repair or replacement of a product does not extend or restart the warranty period. Coverage remains valid solely from the original invoice date and expires 6 months from that date.
What the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, accident, negligence, unauthorized modification, or repair.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by external forces, such as power surges or natural disasters.
- Accessories and consumables (e.g., cables, batteries).
How to obtain warranty service:
- To obtain warranty service, you must present an original proof of purchase.
- Contact our customer service at ecogripaudio@gmail.com for instructions on the return procedure.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or in packaging that provides adequate protection.
- Shipping costs: Shipping the product back to us is at the buyer's expense. Return shipping of the repaired or replaced product back to the customer will be covered by Ecogrip audio.
Limitation of liability:
- Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
